Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, as detailed below.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads
• Personalized or customized items
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Initiating a Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 293-892-6177 x400 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RMA). Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your RMA is approved, carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
